Payment has to be paid 100% in advance to continue just after the trial period.

Payment will not be refunded once credited into the company account.

Cheque/Draft should be payable at Pune Maharashtra only.

All disputes against this Invoice shall be subject to Pune Courts only.

Cheque/Draft must be in favor of "ATAV Telecom."

The prices & Document mentioned are subject to change as per the rate alteration by TRAI and the ( Only SMS A2P )

Late Payment Charges of Rs. 999/- will be applicable after the due date.
Refunds will only be processed through the payment gateway used for the initial transaction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team at atavtelecom@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue, and our team will get back to you within 3 working days.
Payment Gateway: We accept payments through multiple payment gateways, including (but not limited to) PayPal, Paytm, and Razorpay.
Please note that the refund process may take up to 15 business days from the date of approval. Also, we reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
